Located on Gramercy Park, this project was conceived to live in a quiet harmony with the park as a place of solitude amongst the bustle of lower Manhattan.

Gramercy Park is a neighborhood steeped in history and grandeur. The project celebrates that history using rich, natural materials, including marble and elm.

Timeless materials with modern, integrated millwork and lighting create an uplifting and relaxed environment for the artist owners to create.
